So you found it! My personal memoirs of life on a new planet.

My family and I moved to Belgium in December of 2007. We took just about everything but the cat (sorry Sam, we miss you). The move was partly for a new job (I get to be a BI/DW Consultant which to most people sounds pretty cool and to others just a bunch of gibberish) and partly to reunite my wife with her immediate family. You see, she’s from Belgium and when we got married, I agreed to move some day. So we lived it up in the States for a few years and due to various circumstances… here we are.

As I’ve lived in the United States all my life (3 decades worth) some things here in the Kingdom of Belgium are fascinating, a little strange, and in some cases totally shocking. I hope to catalogue them here for your amusement.
